How to File a Complaint
Complaints must be in writing and addressed to the Complaints Receiving Officer (CRO). Complaints can be submitted by mail to the following address:
Complaints Receiving Officer
Accountability Mechanism
Asian Development Bank Headquarters
6 ADB Avenue, Mandaluyong City 1550
Philippines
Or by sending an email:
You may also hand deliver your letter to any ADB resident mission or the CRO at ADB Headquarters. Complaints may be submitted in any of the official or national languages of ADB's developing member countries.
Once your complaint is received, the CRO will acknowledge and register your complaint; clarify your complaint (if needed); provide information about ADB's Accountability Mechanism; and based on your choice of function, will forward the complaint either to the Office of the Special Project Facilitator (problem-solving function) or the Office of the Compliance Review Function.
