A compelling opportunity exists for a consortium of leading rail system developers to design, build, finance and maintain a world-class rail service, including infrastructure, signaling, and rolling stock. The project will build and run a 56 km commuter rail service and a 653 km long-haul passenger rail service. The project is the largest public–private partnership (PPP) in the Philippines to date.
