Simultaneous Disclosure
Under ADB's revised Public Communications Policy (PCP) 2011, some Board documents may be disclosed before they are considered by the Board. The following will be posted on ADB's website at the same time they are circulated to the Board for consideration.
- Final proposals of country partnership strategies and regional cooperation strategies, subject to the consent of the country(ies).
- Loan proposal for sovereign projects (or reports and recommendations of the President) subject to the consent of the country(ies).
- Working papers and final proposals of policies and strategies that have undergone a public consultation process.
