アジア開発基金(ADF)は、アジア開発銀行(ADB)における譲許的融資の主要窓口であり、ADBに加盟するアジア太平洋地域の開発途上国の貧困削減を支援している。財源はADBのドナー国からの拠出金で、1974年の創設以来4年ごとに増資を実施。現在は第9次増資(ADF X、2009〜2012年)にあたる。2001〜2010年に、ADBは29カ国に対して計200億ドルのADF融資および無償資金(グラント)を承認しており、バングラデシュ、ベトナム、パキスタン、アフガニスタン、ネパールが大型の資金提供を受けた。
