Country Assistance Program Evaluation for Bhutan (2005)

The objective of this Country Assistance Program Evaluation (CAPE) study is to assess the performance of ADB’s country operational strategies and country assistance programs for Bhutan during 1983–2003, and to derive lessons and make recommendations for more effective future operations.
