2009 Annual Evaluation Review

The objectives of the 2009 AER are to (i) highlight IED activities in 2008, (ii) analyze the operations performance of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) based on completed self- and independent evaluations, and (iii) synthesize the key findings and lessons from 2008 evaluation studies to guide future ADB operations.
