This country assistance program evaluation (CAPE), the first prepared for Indonesia, focuses on the responsiveness of the Asian Development Bank country strategy and program (CSP) to changes and challenges between 1990 and 2004.

The objective of this Country Assistance Program Evaluation (CAPE) study is to assess the performance of ADB’s country operational strategies and country assistance programs for Bhutan during 1983–2003, and to derive lessons and make recommendations for more effective future operations.
