What is the fund?
The fund is a single-donor fund established in 1997 in support of projects in education, public health, and water supply.
What are the priorities?
Priority sectors are:
- Education
- Public health
- Water supply
What kind of activities will be financed from the fund?
Activities will consist of project preparation, training and advisory services, institutional support or other technical assistance services and other activities which may be agreed upon between the fund partners.
Who is eligible to receive the grant?
The eligible developing member countries are India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippines, People’s Republic of China, and Thailand
Who supports the fund?
Belgium supports the fund.
