Whistleblower and Witness Protection
A new Whistleblower and Witness Protection administrative order (AO) has been issued within ADB in order to provide a comprehensive and coordinated approach to whistleblower and witness protection.
The AO provisions were consolidated from previously approved language found throughout ADB documents, reviewed against those of comparators, updated to reflect best practice, and included comments received from internal and external commentators.
Read the AO on Whistleblower and Witness Protection.
