ADB hosts 15 internal CoPs.  Each typically comprises formal and informal groups.

• Formal groups consist of 5-10 ADB staff members recognized as technical leaders in their fields. They advise on strategic directions, reports, knowledge products, and skills/staff issues pertinent to the sector.
• Informal networks comprise ADB staff and consultants interested in the sector/theme. They meet periodically to exchange ideas, best practices, and technical approaches.
