ADB's Climate Change Mitigation Initiative in Lao PDR
11 April 2013 -- ADB Country Director for Lao Resident Mission Chong Chi Nai on 27 March gave the opening remarks and co-chaired the meeting with the Greater Mekong Subregion National Coordinator, Mme. Monemany Nhoybouakong.

The project team joined over 40 participants from line ministries, NGOs, and development partners in discussing gender and climate change issues, best practices, and initiatives to benefit women in Lao PDR.
