Delays have not been severe, and most have been due to changes in implementing agencies, indecision by select government officials, and the lack of an approval authority.
Next Steps:
Involved parties continue to work on improving coordination between actors and agencies involved in tsunami relief and recovery. ADB will be moving forward with all plans outlined above, including the construction of sewerage systems, the harbor, and additional power stations.
