 Urban Community of Practice
The Urban Community of Practice (CoP) facilitates knowledge flow among urban specialists and those interested to learn and share their expertise on urban-related sectors. It aims to provide advice on
- general strategic operational direction of ADB's assistance in urban areas;
- best organizational arrangement for bank urban operations;
- HR issues, such as competencies, skills mix and distribution; and
- ADB-wide good practices, technical and flagship studies, including innovative initiatives on municipal financing, and planning models.

Urban CoP focuses on priority activities that cover knowledge products and best practice ideas related to:
These priority activities are organized to investigate issues of particular operational importance to the urban sector, and tackle specific tasks and activities to achieve Urban CoP objectives. |
