Bangladesh: Vehicle information

Ban of 2-3 wheelers

  • Importation of 2-stroke 2-wheelers is now banned, while existing 2-wheelers are being phased out through a natural scrappage process.
  • Importation of 2-stroke 3-wheelers is also banned, and new registration of 2-stroke, 3-wheelers are have ceased in 4 metro areas.
