Action Plans and Studies
This Regional Technical Assistance (RETA) engaged domestic consultants to help prepare action plans and studies to reduce vehicle emissions. These studies and action plans were then presented at the concluding workshop held from 28 February to 1 March 2002 at ADB Headquarters, Manila, Philippines.
