CASCWUA member utilities are initially drawn from the following countries:
- Armenia
- Azerbaijan
- Georgia
- Kyrgyz Republic
- Tajikistan
- Uzbekistan
Membership to CASCWUA is open to public or private water and/or wastewater utilities. Conditions for membership of national water and wastewater associations and small scale service providers from participating countries shall be determined by the CASCWUA Steering Committee (CSC).
Applications for membership may be made to the CSC with prospective members indicating
- what they believe they will be able to contribute to CASCWUA in technical terms
- the benefits they see for themselves
- a statement of their operational and financial capabilities
CASCWUA offers a wide range of programs and activities that can help its members measurably improve their performance in the delivery of water supply and sanitation services.
The initial members agreed not to impose any membership dues for the first few months of the network’s operations. Membership dues will be decided upon at a later date.
