Water

Even as a primary economic mover in Asia, Japan has had its share of water problems such as floods and water scarcity. But with a strong and rich history of water rights and allocation that is continuing to withstand the test of time, Japan's system and experiences in water resources management can provide lessons for many developing Asian countries.
