ADB’s rural water and poverty partnership with Viet Nam focuses on mainstreaming poverty reduction more effectively in water sector policies, programs and projects. The partnership helps bring better water and sanitation services and integrated water resources management in the country, particularly to the urban and rural poor, through a participatory approach that combines capacity building, community empowerment, and investments.
