Group discussion on how model water utilities will initiate, benefit from, and contribute to twinning and water utility networking arrangements and how the global community and donors can support these arrangements

One working group will discuss interest and possible follow-up activity in the Central Asia and China regions.

  • Process for setting up
    • South Asia Water Utility Network
    • Twinning arrangements—objectives, structure, funding, operational aspects, key success indicators.
  • Ideas for the larger public meeting in 2007 to launch SAWUN and WOP program
  • Indication of commitment from participants to continue the process of setting up SAWUN and WOP Program
