SEAWUN Releases 2nd Utilities Data Book
The South East Asian Water Utilities Network (SEAWUN) recently released its second Data Book of Southeast Asian Water Utilities, a compilation of information on the performance of 40 water utilities in Southeast Asia, as part of the second phase of its benchmarking program.
