Ka Ying Wong

Ka Ying is a Capacity Building and Training Associate at the Asian Development Bank Institute.

Ka Ying’s research interests are in urban development issues, focusing on land, housing, and transport policy.

She holds a master's degree in public policy from the University of Tokyo, where she worked as a teaching assistant for courses such as Microeconomics for Public Policy and Case Study (Public-Private Partnerships) at the Graduate School of Public Policy. She wrote her master's thesis on railway station development. She also holds a bachelor's degree in surveying from the University of Hong Kong.
