Santi Setiawati joined ADBI as a capacity building and training associate in September 2021.

Her research interests include financial and banking policy, regional development cooperation, and sustainable development issues.

Prior to joining ADBI, she worked as a teaching assistant at the University of Tokyo. She also managed projects as a development officer at Bank Mandiri, a state-owned bank in Indonesia.

She holds master’s degree in public policy from the University of Tokyo, where she specialized in economic policy, finance, and development.
