Opening Session of the Board of Governors

In an address at the Opening Session of 52nd Annual Meeting of ADB’s Board of Governors, ADB President Mr. Takehiko Nakao said ADB will intensify its focus on quality and innovation in its operations, while maintaining moderate volume growth.
