Incheon 2020: Registration/Request for Accreditation
The ADB Annual Meeting is not open to the public. All participants must be accredited and invited to attend the 53rd Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of ADB. A request for accreditation should be submitted to ADB. Accredited participants will receive an invitation for online registration.
Persons on-site who have not received an invitation to attend and wish to participate will be requested to take steps for accreditation online. Access to the meeting will not be possible without prior approval and completion of registration online.
Who can participate?
Participants are divided into different categories. Please go through the required accreditation process following the category under which you fall.
Participating ADB members
This category of participants covers accredited intergovernmental organizations (such as World Bank and UN agencies). If you work in one of these organizations and are interested in participating, please contact the head of your office. See the list of accredited organizations.
Civil society organizations and NGOs
ADB welcomes the participation of accredited civil society organizations (CSOs) and nongovernment organizations (NGOs) to its Annual Meetings. If your CSO will be sending a representative for the first time, and have not been previously accredited, please complete the accreditation process by accomplishing the form. Deadline for requesting accreditation is on 31 March 2020. Only CSOs that have received accreditation will be invited to register and participate.
If your CSO has been previously accredited and you would like to participate, you may request for an invitation by sending an email to [email protected].
Members of the press with valid credentials are invited to attend open sessions of the meeting. Complete the online request for accreditation form (media).
Financial institutions and banks
Accredited financial institutions and banks are those that have existing relationships with ADB. See the list of accredited financial institutions.
If your company is not in the list, you may request accreditation and an invitation to the Annual Meeting by completing the online request for accreditation form (financial institutions and banks).
Consulting and contractor firms
If you are a registered consulting or contractor company with an existing contract with ADB, or have been shortlisted for the last 2 years, please complete the online request for accreditation form (consulting and contractor firms).
ADB former employees
If you do not belong to any of the categories listed above, please complete the online request for accreditation form (other guests).
