Alexander is an education specialist at the Asian Development Bank specializing in technical and vocational education and training (TVET). His work interests include private sector cooperation in TVET, embedding education in local economic development and transition management. Prior to working with ADB, he was a project manager at the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) based in Viet Nam and China. He also worked in the field of public-private partnerships in the infrastructure sector and start-up incubation in Germany.
Alexander holds a master’s degree in Political Economy from the University of Sussex as well as in Management of Development Projects from the University of Manchester. His undergraduate is in Economics and International Relations.
