Against a background of ongoing fragility, this midterm review of the Pacific Strategy sets out the actions that have been taken over the first half of the strategy to implement key initiatives in ADB assistance.

This Regional Cooperation Operations Business Plan (RCOBP) describes the consistency of the business plan with the regional cooperation partnership strategy, including grants and projects in the pipeline, as a supporting document for the Pacific Regional Cooperation Partnership Strategy.
