The country partnership strategy (CPS) is ADB's primary platform for designing operations to deliver development results at the country level. ADB works with each developing member country to map out a medium-term development strategy and a 3-year country operations business plan (COBP) to implement it.
Papua New Guinea: Country Operations Business Plan (2021-2023)
This country operations business plan (COBP) is the first COBP of the country partnership strategy (CPS), 2021–2025 of ADB with the Government of Papua New Guinea (PNG). The CPS features three strategic pathways. The first pathway serves to enable diversified economic growth through improvements to infrastructure, including in transport and energy, and to bolster the private sector—such as micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises—through a more competitive yet transparent business environment, and more ADB-supported private sector transactions.
Pacific: Regional Operations Business Plan (2014-2016)
The Pacific regional operations business plan (ROBP) for 2014-2016 describes the consistency of the business plan with the Pacific Approach 2010-2014, including grants and projects in the pipeline.
