ADB’s Accountability Mechanism provides a forum where people adversely affected by ADB-assisted projects can seek solutions to their problems and report alleged noncompliance with the bank’s operational policies and procedures.
This annual report provides information about the 39 complaints lodged in 2019 as well as the status of ongoing active complaints. It also looks at awareness-raising, knowledge sharing, and training initiatives delivered during the year by the offices under ADB’s Accountability Mechanism.
