This report describes and reviews the progress of fund operations during January to December 2018, in compliance with reporting requirements stipulated in the ADB Board Paper and the ADB–Government of Korea Channel Financing Agreement.

The e-Asia and Knowledge Partnership Fund (the Fund) was established under ADB in June 2006, with a contribution of $20 million from the Government of the Republic of Korea (GOK), represented by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The Annual Report, prepared by ADB’s Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department in collaboration with ADB’s Office of Cofinancing Operations, aims to describe and review the progress of the Fund’s operations for the period of January to December 2018. This is in compliance with the reporting requirements stipulated in the ADB Board Paper and the ADB–GOK Channel Financing Agreement. The GOK has since provided a total of $102 million to the Fund.
