This document provides implementation guidelines of the Asia Pacific Disaster Response Fund (APDRF), a special fund designed to provide incremental grant resources to developing member countries impacted by a major natural disaster.

The fund will help bridge the gap between existing ADB arrangements that support developing member countries to reduce disaster risk through hazard mitigation loans and grants and longer-term post-disaster reconstruction assistance.
