The Asian Development Bank Sustainability Report 2022 provides an outline of selected outcomes from ADB's operations in 2020–2021 and details on ADB's response and approaches with regard to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

Part I: Highlights provides an overview of select sustainability impacts and stories from ADB’s projects, technical assistance, and knowledge work as well as developments within the organization, including human resources, energy, environment, and resource management in the ADB headquarters and field offices. Part II: The Global Reporting Initiative Content Index focuses on in-depth reporting about ADB’s response to the GRI disclosures and management approach to material topics. It also discusses ADB’s sustainability approaches on the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards. The Asian Development Bank Sustainability Report is a biennial publication on the integration of economic, social, and environmental sustainability into ADB’s operations.
