Cambodia: Country Partnership Strategy (2024–2028)

Institutional Document | May 2024

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) country partnership strategy (CPS) for Cambodia, 2024–2028 aims to strengthen pathways to a more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient economy.

Further, the CPS supports crosscutting priorities to address climate change, enhance governance and institutional capacity, improve gender equality, promote digitalization, and deepen regional cooperation and integration. Three selectivity filters are envisaged: (i) ADB value addition and comparative advantage, (ii) government demand for ADB expertise in delivering complex and programmatic interventions, and (iii) coordination with other development partners to avoid overlap.
