The Board of Directors approved the recommendation of the policy paper on the Review of the Asian Development Bank’s Exposure Limits on Nonsovereign Operations. The review concluded that the prevailing limit framework remains appropriate and proposed two key modifications to ensure that the nonsovereign operations (NSO) would continue to grow as planned under Strategy 2030.
