This document summarizes the discussion of the meeting of the ADB Board of Directors held on 23 November 2021 discussing the Midterm Review of ADB’s Corporate Results Framework, 2019–2024.

The Board of Directors of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) approved the changes to the Corporate Results Framework (CRF), 2019–2024. The Directors concurred with the midterm review’s findings that most of the results framework indicators (RFIs) remain relevant and robust. They also emphasized the importance of the CRF as a tool for performance measurement, reflection, and institutional learning. Several Directors remarked on the relevance of the midterm review’s five guiding principles and recommended that the same principles are applied to the final review on the CRF, 2021–2024 and to the new CRF, 2025–2030.
