This paper documents the Chair's Summary of the Development Effectiveness Committee (DEC) discussion held on 17 April 2023. The committee discussed the 2022 Development Effectiveness Review (DEfR), produced by the Strategy, Policy and Partnerships Department (SPD) and the 2022 Annual Portfolio Performance Report (APPR), produced by the Procurement, Portfolio and Financial Management Department (PPFD).
