The study report is expected to guide ADB operations in the education sector and help ensure they remain responsive and relevant to the needs of its developing member countries. The study reaffirms that the goal of inclusive growth depends on continuous development of an adequate human resource base, and provides a strategic framework for ADB's work in the education sector in support of that development.
