Establishment of an ADB Office in Singapore

Institutional Document | March 2019

This paper recommends the establishment of an ADB office in Singapore.

Expanding the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) private sector operations (PSO), including public–private partnerships, is one of the key pillars of Strategy 2030. The establishment of an ADB office in Singapore to support PSO is in line with ADB's plans to increase its PSO field presence by placing more PSO staff in regional markets. The objective is to better serve ADB’s clients.

The Republic of Singapore is one of ADB’s founding member countries.
