The country partnership strategy (CPS), 2024–2028 of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Georgia will support sovereign and private sector investments, policy reforms, capacity building, and knowledge to help Georgia develop into a green and inclusive regional gateway. ADB will continue to assist Georgia in leveraging its geographical advantage and extensive free trade agreements to connect the Caucasus and Central Asia to Europe and the rest of the world. To ensure this pathway leads to inclusive and sustainable development, ADB will enhance its support for human capital development, climate action, and private sector-led growth. The CPS will focus on two objectives: transitioning to a green and integrated economy and fostering a more resilient and inclusive society. Four priorities will be crosscutting: climate action and disaster risk management (DRM), regional cooperation and integration (RCI), private sector development and digital transformation, and gender equality.
