This publication defines the policies and procedures of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for selecting, contracting, and monitoring consultants required for loan and technical assistance projects financed in whole or in part by loans from ADB, grants by ADB, or funds administered by ADB.

Consultant Management System (CMS)

The CMS lets consultants create and update their profile, search opportunities, send expressions of interest, respond to non-committal inquiries, and prepare and submit proposals. Users log in to the system by typing their registered email address and password. Go to the CMS.
