The technical assistance (TA) aimed to establish the prerequisites for the successful launch of the proposed Kazakhstan Green Investments Finance Project (KGIFP). KGIFP aimed to develop a financing mechanism that would support the wider adoption of green technologies by the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME).

This report validates the completion report's assessment of the TA.
