The coronavirus disease, or COVID-19, pandemic significantly impacted the way OAI worked and what it was working on in 2020. This 2020 annual report outlines OAI’s initiatives that were deployed by expanding its reliance on technology, and engaging resident mission colleagues and external experts in the countries concerned. OAI successfully pivoted to a fully remote working environment and adapted to the stringent mobility restrictions during the pandemic.
