To help achieve more inclusive growth and address income inequalities and regional disparities, the country operations business plan (COBP) 2017–2019 will focus on four interrelated priority areas: (i) sustainable and climate-resilient infrastructure, (ii) good governance and finance, (iii) inclusive employment and education, and (iv) regional integration.
The COBP 2017–2019 is consistent with the Philippine Development Plan 2011–2016.
