Second Governance and Anticorruption Action Plan (GACAP II)
In October 2005, the management committee of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) endorsed the findings and conclusions of the Review of the Implementation of the Governance and Anticorruption Policies and directed the review team to (i) prepare a condensed, reader-friendly version of the report; (ii) share the review findings and secure feedback from external stakeholders; and (iii) prepare an action plan to address the conclusions of the review. It assigned responsibility for coordination and oversight of the preparation of the action plan to the Governance Community of Practice. The review team was requested to come up with a realistic set of priority actions, paying particular attention to the resource requirements for implementation.
This report covers the Second Governance and Anticorruption Action Plan (GACAP II).
