Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency and Climate Change Program Annual Reports

The Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency and Climate Change (REACH) Program was established in early 2002 as an umbrella program covering four bilateral trust funds targeted at clean energy and environment that are administered by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). These reports set out the accomplishments of the REACH funds for the specified year.
