Urban Financing Partnership Facility Annual Report: January to December 2014
In 2014 the Urban Financing Partnership Facility (UFPF) total allocations amounted to $32.73 million for 16 projects. Cumulative assistance amounted to $84.35 million for 40 projects.
The Urban Financing Partnership Facility (UFPF or the ‘Facility’) was established in November 2009 with the aim of raising and utilizing development partner funds for investment co-financing in urban environmental infrastructure projects and support a wide range of technical assistance to help lay the groundwork for such projects.
This Annual Report covers the period January to December 2014 and presents the Facility’s performance for the year against the annual work program and the cumulative performance as of 31 December 2014 measured against its Design and Monitoring Framework (DMF).
For 2014, the Facility identified 16 projects that will receive investment co-financing, technical assistance (TA), and direct charges from the Urban Environmental Infrastructure Fund (UEIF) and the Urban Climate Change Resilience Trust Fund (UCCRTF) consisting of 2 investment grants, 8 TA grants, and 6 direct charges.
