Reimagining Transport in a Post-Pandemic World

As Asia and the Pacific emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic, policymakers have an opportunity to adopt a “build forward better” approach to transport development. ADB hosted the Asia and the Pacific Transport Forum in April 2022 to explore solutions for creating a more sustainable and decarbonized transport future for the region. The ADB publication “Reimagining the Future of Transport Across Asia and the Pacific” identifies emerging trends set to shape transport development in the coming decades and offers ideas for policymakers to consider when planning future transport strategies.
