KDI School is holding a periodical conference, the 2nd KDI School-3ie-ADB Conference on Impact Evaluation in Development Research, in association with 3ie (International Initiative for Impact Evaluation) and ADB.

The conference will be held at the Plaza Hotel in Seoul, Republic of Korea, from 6-7 August 2019.

KDI School expects the conference to provide a forum for globally renowned scholars in the area of impact evaluation and development economics to gather to not only share their ideas but also establish global alliances in the field.

The conference will consist of six sessions—each dedicated to a different topic—with two to three presentations given during each session.

Speakers from ADB, nine different universities, the Government Communication Service of the United Kingdom, and 3ie will present exciting perspectives and trends in the field of impact evaluation.

In addition to the regular sessions, a poster session will be organized by graduate students interested in the field of development research, representing several major universities in Korea.
