    Approved in 1980, the Second Sha Tin Urban Development project was implemented to provide additional public housing units and community facilities in Sha Tin New Town (STNT), Hong Kong, China. A complimentary to earlier projects of the Bank in the development of the area, the project provided a total of 6,652 low-cost rental flats with maximum capacity for 31,177 people upon completion in 1982.
