55th ADB Annual Meeting (1st Stage): Governors’ Business Session

At the first stage of the 55th ADB Annual Meeting, which was held virtually, the ADB Board of Governors approved ADB’s financial statements and net income allocation in line with its institutional requirements. The meeting was then adjourned to be reconvened at its second stage later in 2022.

The First Business Session was restricted to ADB Governors or their appointed representatives.

The event was held as part of the 55th Annual Meeting of the ADB Board of Governors.
