The transition to green, resilient, net-zero economies has different consequences for men and women. Without particular attention to how women can benefit from the transition, gender inequalities will be entrenched. To advance gender equality, it is key to upskill and reskill female workers, as well as tackle barriers keeping them from green jobs.
